Press Shop/Stamping

STS Manufacturing’s press shop is equipped with both mechanical and hydraulic presses ranging from 150t to 400t and is geared to facilitate both small batch runs to large production volumes.

Our welding facility includes a Lisse rolling unit and a Bode Automatic TIG welder capable of rolling/welding tubes from 60mm upwards. We also have facilities for manual MIG and TIG welding for the assembly of exhaust internals.

Our work force is highly skilled and varied, with many years experience producing and supplying high quality products.

Our customers include Tenneco, Unipart Eberspacher, UPA, EET and Klarius amongst others.
